1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nimetri, the creators and operators of LoquiLingua and LoquiLingua Reader. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications or website (loqulingua.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The LoquiLingua speech recognition algorithms, UI/UX designs, sound assets, proprietary lesson structures, and logos are the intellectual property of Nimetri and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applications for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Certain premium features (such as unlimited shadowing sessions, advanced AI acoustic coaching, and custom EPUB imports) may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase:
- Apple In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through iOS devices are billed to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle in your Apple ID account settings.
- Google Play Billing: Subscriptions purchased through Android devices are managed through your Google Play account and can be paused or cancelled at any time via the Google Play subscriptions menu.
- Refunds: All refund requests for purchases made through mobile platforms are governed by the respective policies of Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
4. User Content & Offline Documents
In LoquiLingua Reader, you may load personal EPUB or PDF documents for linguistic study. You warrant that you have all legal rights to use and inspect any third-party documents you load. Since all analysis is performed locally via on-device models, Nimetri does not host, screen, or claim any ownership over your personal reading material.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
LoquiLingua is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While our acoustic analysis and contextual AI models strive for exceptional linguistic accuracy, language learning is inherently adaptive and subjective. Nimetri does not guarantee fluency within any fixed timeframe.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Nimetri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
